I Feel Like We're Back in Wisconsin!!

Wow!!! Worst snow of the season is right!!! We must have gotten a foot of snow since yesterday morning. We have drifts in our driveway 3 feet high!! This is the most snow I've seen in about 3 years, and frankly, I am not liking it too much!! It can't last too long though. If we can just get through Feb., it will be okay. I am so looking forward to seing the first flower buds peeking out of the ground!! This will be our first Spring at this house, so I can't wait to see what is already here, and make my flower bed up in the front of the house. I am thinking I want lots of Hollyhocks!! They are one of my favorite flowers, and I am hoping they grow good here. Well, enough about the weather!! I have been so busy working on shop orders, but I also threw in a few things for a small update, and am hoping to have them done on Thursday. I will post again to let you know for sure. OOPPSS!!! Running a Little Behind!!

Okay, so I was supposed to do some updating & yesterday Derek & I decided to go antiquing & go out for lunch. The plan was that I would go have some fun, and then work all afternoon & get things updated last night. Well, then some of our friends decided to go bowling, so we decided that would be fun!! We had to wait almost 2 hours for lanes to open up, and then we bowled a couple of games. The kids had a blast & so did we. :) Well, by the time we got home, there was no way I was going to get anything finished, so here I am this morning, scrambling to get a few things done to list on Lemon Poppy Seeds. I WILL have an update early this afternoon for LPS, but will not be able to have my Picture Trail update like I had wanted. I guess I will shoot for next Sunday with that one!! So, if you would like to check back later this afternoon, I will have 5 dolls & one new Rabbit updated for you to look at. I'll try to get a picture or two of some of my finds from yesterday & post them for you. I found a couple of cute props for our Fall shows!! Blessings until next time~~Jackie

~New Update~

I will have a small update on Sunday night, Jan. 25th on my Picture Trail. I am busy working on orders, but have managed to throw in a few extra items for my picure trail. I hope you can stop by and take a look then. Take care~Jackie

Picture Trail Updated

Well, after a whole bunch of computer problems, I finally managed to get a few new things updated on my Picture Trail!! I am happy to have it finished!! I'll try to keep working on more items, and getting some of the new things into patterns soon. My daughter Hillary turns 12 on Sunday, so I have another busy week end ahead! The Show's Almost Here!!!

Well, today has been very busy, and we will be working well into the night to get everything packed up & ready to head to Mt. Vernon tomorrow!! We haven't done a show in a couple of years, and I had forgotten how much work is involved. Now, we just have to keep praying that the weather will turn out better than they are forecasting!! Well, my break time has just about run out, but I promise to post pictures of our booth & tell you all about the show on Monday. We are going to have a room with a hot tub in it & relax all week end!! Blessings~~Jackie

~~New Doll on Lemon Poppy Seeds~~

This is one of the new dolls that I listed on my Lemon Poppy Seeds Shop. She is about 24" tall and is full of personality!! She holds a little candle with sweet annie and a little pin keep. She looks so cute sitting in a little primitive chair or on an old bench!!
