As many of you know the last few days have been pretty rough for me and a lot of other pattern designers. I have been contemplating whether to continue making and selling patterns. I want to first of all say a big "Thank You" to all of my friends who have sent me messages & e-mails about what has been going on. I am humbled by the amount of people who sincerely care. I am so very thankful for that.
There is one very special friend of mine that called me today and "talked me off the ledge". She was the person who talked me into starting on this adventure with my pattern line, and has been so supportive of me throughout the last 5 years. She reminded me of why I started this in the first place, and that there are so many wonderful people out there that are honest & good. Far more than those who don't follow the rules. For that I am so very grateful. Her name is Sherry Kristoff of From Sherry's Heart. She is someone who has been through so much, yet she always takes the time to help her friends whenever she can. So I would love it if those of you who support me in my work would support her in hers as well. After all...if it wasn't for her, you would not be able to purchase my patterns because there wouldn't be any. You can find her link over on the sidebar to see all of her wonderful work. I hope you don't mind me saying that Sherry, but I love you and want to support you in your adventure, too!
I need to tell you that I will be going back to selling my e-patterns. It will take me some time to get things all back in order, so please bear with me while I make all of the adjustments...I have over 190 of them, so it will take a little time.
Finally, I would like to apologize to all of you who do pay for my patterns and are faithful customers. Without you I would not have a business and I am so very thankful for all of you. I should not have made any decisions without taking a little time for all of the e-motions that went along with this to settle down a bit. I hope that you will continue to support me in this adventure, along with all of the other very talented designers that have been hurt in this as well.
